Elgibility

• In respect of the Industries identified as compulsary licensable or any other restricted list as notified by the GOI or GOT the Required Clearance and License has to be obtained by the Authority.
• Data center has gone into commercial production in Tripura.
• The project is covered by necessary industrial approval already recieved in the form of industrial licence or LOI or IEM or registration certificate , As the case may be under the Industries Act 1951 or SIA reference number or an Acknoledgement of Entrepreneur's Memoramdum issued by the DOI&C of the GOT.
